Rindy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with Lyon Real Estate since 1996 and in that time has established herself as one of the top agents in her area with such designations as: Lyon Rookie of the Year in 1997, #2 agent in the Lyon Company in 1999, #1 agent in the Lyon Company in 2000 and ranked consistently in the top 1% of agents in the Tri-County area as well as country-wide.

Rindy keeps active in the Real Estate Community by involving herself in various organizations. She belongs to the Placer County Association of REALTORS® (PCAR) and has been very active in many of their committees including the Marketing and the Masters Club Steering Committee. Rindy was elected to the Placer County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in 2004, has served as the Secretary/Treasurer in 2005, as President-Elect 2006 and President in 2007.

Rindy is also a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, the California and National Association of REALTORS®, the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce, and the Local State & National Dental Hygiene Associations. In order to facilitate the sale of her clients homes Rindy has earned the designation of an Accredited Staging Professional which allows her to “stage” homes which traditionally sell faster and for more money.

Before entering the Real Estate field, Rindy was a Registered Dental Hygienist and also spent 8 of those years as a national public speaker to health professionals throughout the country. She has a BA in Marketing and Administration, two children, Mike and Jodi and 2 grandchildren, Joshua and Hannah.

In her free time, Rindy loves to play golf, racquetball or just spending time at home playing the piano or watching movies. Having lived in the Sacramento/Placer County area since 1972, Rindy has extensive knowledge of the area and prides herself as being one of the top agents in these counties. Along with her team, her involvement and her commitment and service to her clients, the name “Rindy Merrifield” has become a “House-Sold” name!

Mike Bailey, Team Leader, Listing Agent & Buying Agent

Mike Bailey, Rindy’s real estate partner and son, joined her with a multitude of knowledge from his 18 years as Division Operations Manager for United Parcel Service. Mike also has a BA degree in Marketing and Business Administration.

Mike has a passion for real estate. He states, “I have been investing in real estate for 15 years and have always wanted to get into the business. Becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent was an easy decision for Mike. “The opportunity presented itself at the right time and afforded me the ability to bring my business management background to the Rindy Merrifield Team.”

Away from the work environment, Mike is a sports enthusiast. He holds a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and likes to spend summer evening’s wakeboarding on the lake. Mike and his wife, Rhonda, love to travel and plan to spend time in Europe every year. For relaxation, Mike plays the guitar or likes to watch movies.

As a 35 year resident of Sacramento and Placer Counties, Mike’s knowledge of the Greater Sacramento area has proven invaluable in helping his seller clients sell their home and buyer clients to find the perfect place to call home. Lisa Moore, Transaction Coordinator & Business Manager

Lisa’s career in the real estate industry has been going on for 10 years now as a Licensed Agent, Office Manager and escrow/transaction coordinator. As the newest member of Rindy’s Team of Professionals, Lisa is a real estate assistant and is the business manager and transaction coordinator. She takes care of all of the details of each transaction and keeps everyone up to date with what is happening on the progress of their home sale and escrow process.

Away from work Lisa spends a lot of her time with family, including her 3 granddaughters!. Lisa was raised in Nevada County and has lived in Nevada/Placer counties for the past 30 years, currently in Newcastle with her husband Ernie. Other hobbies of Lisa’s include skiing, motorcycle riding with her husband, jet skiing, camping and hiking.

Skip Cappawana, Licensed Agent, Buyer's Specialist

Skip was born and raised in New York City. In 1961 his family moved to Southern California where he graduated from High School and then joined the Military in 1967. Skip retired from the Navy in 1991 while here in Sacramento and returned to college at Sac State, graduating in 1997. During this time he worked for the San Juan Unified School District as an Employment Technician for 12 years retiring in 2003. Real Estate was going very well and Skip started a new career with World Savings as a Community Loan Officer. In 2007 a new opportunity presented itself and Skip started as a Buyer’s Agent for Rindy Merrifield’s Team of Real Estate Professionals at Lyon Real Estate.

When not at work Skip enjoys spending time with his wife Laurie, their five children and eight grandchildren, relaxing at home were they enjoy swimming and barbequing! Other hobbies of Skip’s include golf & bowling.

Lynn Center, Licensed Agent, Buyer's Specialist & Property Manager

Lynne was born in Lake Placid, New York, and grew up in Gainesville, Florida (Home of the Gators) where she received her degree in Fashion Marketing, she also lived in Texas for a year and decorated high end homes, and has called California her home since October of 1997. Lynne has moved so many times in her life that she has learned how to help make this transition easier for her clients and their families. Working with a dynamic network of professionals, and by referral only has helped her to maintain a great level of service for herself and her clients.

Working in the relocation industry for 3 years, prior to her career in Real Estate, she loves helping the first time home buyers. As a child Lynne grew up in an apartment, and as such wasn't able to get the dog she always wanted or paint her room. It is now her passion to help people become home owners so that they can decorator their own home and have as many pets as they want! Lynne derives great satisfaction in helping her client’s to educate their children in the home buying process and of the pride one feels when they own their own home.

Lynne’s experience in working with a mortgage broker, and as a loan officer learning the ins and outs of the lending industry allows her to give her clients even more of an understanding of the whole process of a real estate transaction. She has also worked with an attorney learning corporations and LLC’s.

Kim Lucero, Licensed Agent & Buyer’s Specialist

Kim’s interest in Real Estate began in the late 90’s when she bought her first home. She was fascinated by the whole process and was amazed at how it felt to be a new homeowner! That interest grew into a passion to help others obtain that feeling, and in 2006 she received her real estate license.

Kim is what is affectionately known as an “Air Force Brat” and proud to be one. Her father’s military career took her and her family many places, and at the time she could not really appreciate the moving every 2 ½ years. Now she realizes what a unique opportunity she had to experience different cultures and communities, it also gave her the insight on what an emotional process moving really is.

2 sons and a daughter are all attending American River College, all the while being gainfully employed! They have worked hard to accomplish their goals and understand what it takes to achieve, and as a mother Kim couldn’t be prouder of them.

Before entering the world of Real Estate, Kim spent the last 20 years as a Registered Dental Assistant, which will help her in her dealings with clients looking to buy or sell a home. How you might ask? Her love of working with people and making them comfortable in what can be a very stressful and sometimes scary situation (sitting in the dentist’s chair!) translates easily into the stressful and sometimes scary situation of selling and/or purchasing a home.

In Kim’s free time she loves to spend it with family, which usually means food, fun and laughter, they are a family that loves to laugh together and they do it as much as possible! They love to go camping and take road trips. When at home Kim can usually be found in the middle of some type of repair project, her hands on approach to maintaining her home is very rewarding for her.

Kim feels that these characteristics and life experiences have made her a better person, and will also make her a better real estate agent…she looks forward to serving her clients in their real estate needs!

Deborah Baimas is a second-generation with the Lyon family! After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2005, she followed in her Father-In-Law’s successful footsteps as a Lyon Real Estate Agent. Deb has a passion for Real Estate and an unwavering commitment to her Buyer’s needs. She is extremely detail oriented and works diligently on her client’s behalf.

Prior to Real Estate, Deb was a Professional Recruiter for almost 10 years. Acting as a liaison between employers and potential employees, she mastered the art of “win-win” negotiations. She also has many years of business management experience as well as managing her own real estate investments

When Deb isn’t busy finding the perfect home for her clients, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family, motorcycle riding and jet skiing. Her favorite travel destination is Mexico with her husband Anthony and three kids, Christopher, Melissa and Matthew. Deb is a Northern California native and was born and raised in Placer County.
